First European Conference on Healthy & Nutritional Bars
Prosoy Research & Strategy, Bilthoven, The Netherlands, has organized a conference titled “Healthy & Nutritional Bars,” which will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, May 18-19, 2006. The conference will focus on opportunities such as nutritional and diet bars, energy and low GI (glycemic index) bars. The conference will also touch on functional trends such as heart health. Some of the speakers include representatives from Cargill, Cognis, Danisco, Kerry, Ocean Nutrition Canada (ONC), Sensus and The Solae Company.
